「六十餘洲」的生產商今里酒造創業年 1770年，其位置位於長崎縣波左見町，是縣內第二寒冷之地。六十餘洲柄銘的由來是在江戶時代日本國有約六十個藩國，初代今里氏希望其清酒能讓六十餘洲的餘家都能飲得到而命名為六十餘洲。嚴選每年只有750kg山田錦米，研磨至38％的精米度，並在低溫環境下始終沖泡，酒體在柔和的味道之後透出深深的甜味，是一款可單獨品嚐的日本酒品。
