We offer a free delivery service for all wine orders over HKD 1500. You can enjoy a movie in home and get the wine you ordered with the utmost convenience.

Free delivery could be offered for order over HKD 1500 (Final price after discount).

For order under HKD 1500, 

• An additional HKD 100 will be charged for delivery.
• You can choose to self pick up at our Lai Chi Kok showroom: Room 8, 3/F, New Timely Factory Building, 497 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon (Prior booking is required).

Delivery Details

• In most cases SOMM ACE engages XH Supply Chain (XHSC) for delivery services.
• Delivery services cover most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories areas (not including outlying islands, except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay).

• Wines could be delivered in chilled condition to protect your collectibles from the unbearable heat. You should check the wines upon receipt and store them in wine fridge / under cool condition.
• Time slot for delivery service, 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-19:00 (depends on location).

Breakage & Return

Breakage

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

Return

• It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery.
• Return is only available when valid original receipt is provided.
• No returns shall be made on glassware or accessories after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.
• In the event that you would like to claim a refund or return, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and SOMM ACE agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. SOMM ACE may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, SOMM ACE's determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
