Description

Information:

Bansionensi is part of the history of the village of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, of which it is the Latin name. The village is anchored in the heart of the Belval Valley where the Meunier is king. Coming from the same rigorous selection of 2 old vines planted on clay, limestone and flint, Rosaé Bansionensi is a unique rosé Champagne wine, reflecting the high gastronomic potential of the Baslieux terroir.
Planting years: La Brusse 1984 / Les Pierreuses 1992
It was also during this harvest that Rosaé was born: the perfect alliance between maturity, finesse and delicacy, an elegant rose white color.
A few years later, this perfect balance is still present, underlined by the choice of raw nature.
