There are super ripe and clear fruit aromas, along with slate notes on the still pretty reductive nose; this leads to a round and piquant, pretty sweet, lush and elegant palate, with a lovely grip and intensity. The sensual finish reveals a pure and aromatic as well as mouth-watering finish with a lingering salinity. This gorgeous Spätlese should be cellared for about 6-7 years, but can age much longer.
