Colour: Brilliant pale lemon color.
Nose: Enticing aromas of grapefruit, lime zest and wet stone minerals.
Taste: Full-bodied with rich textures from lees aging. Flavors of citrus fruit, white flowers and flinty minerals. Finish with ingering citrus and stone fruit flavors balanced by racy acidity.
