Winemaking:

Fermentation: The juice underwent partial fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, with 30% undergoing full malolactic fermentation and aging in used 500L French oak barrels.
Aging: Aged sur lie for 6 months before blending and bottling without lees stirring or filtration.


Description:

Colour: Pale lemon color with green highlights.
Nose: Aromas of white peach, pear, chamomile and flinty mineral notes.
Taste: Medium-bodied with rich texture from partial barrel fermentation. Flavors of citrus, quince, honey and wet stones.
