Winemaking:

Age of vine: 60-80 year old vines

Fermentation: Destemmed grapes underwent fermentation for 3-4 weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

Aging: Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.


Description:

Colour: Medium garnet red color.
Nose: Enticing notes of cassis, black cherry, earth and herbs like sage and thyme.
Taste: Medium-bodied with soft, silky tannins and lively acidity. Flavors of red berries, plum, violet and tobacco leaf. Finish with lingering garnet fruits and savory spices with a touch of minerality.
