Age of vine: 40 years old

Fermentation: Slow fermentation and aging in French oak barrels (25% new).

Aging: Aged 11 months in barrel prior to bottling without malolactic fermentation.


Description:

Colour: Golden color with green highlights.
Nose: Aromas of pear, apple, honey, acacia floral notes and subtle oak spice.
Taste: Medium-full bodied with luscious texture. Flavors of poached pear, quince paste and honeysuckle. Finish with notes of baked apple and citrus peel balanced by crisp acidity.
