Harvest after harvest, without ever falling short of expectations, Taurasi Mastroberardino retains intact the energetic personality and full-bodied structure that have made it famous throughout the world.

Winemaking:

Classic red vinification, long maceration with the skins (about 25 days) at a controlled temperature (22°C-24°C). Aging in French oak barriques and Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 24 months and at least 24 months in the bottle.


Description:

Nose: It offers a broad, complex, intense bouquet rich in hints reminiscent of cherry, violet, small red fruits and a peculiar spicy aroma.

Taste: Enveloping and elegant in the mouth. Aroma of plum, black cherry, strawberries and intense spicy sensations.
