It was generically called Fiano but it belongs to the Muscat family. It was our family to give a real and proper name to this precious and ancient vine. We called it Minutolo because of the small berries of which the bunch is composed.


Description:

It displays a straw yellow color pervaded by vivid greenish reflections. Intense bouquet, endowed with a distinct aroma, with strong floral fragrances of hawthorn, jasmine and wisteria, citrus fruits of lime, citron and green apple, and softer fruity notes such as yellow peach, mango, pineapple and exotic fruits in general. Fresh, mineral, savory, balanced, with good acidity and an excellent predisposition to aging. Capable of giving exceptional performances with aging. Rampone is a white wine which is excellent for fish, shellfish and seafood dishes.
