Information:

Sylvaner又會寫成Silvaner，是德籍品種，廣泛見於德國、奧地利、瑞士法語區及其他中歐產酒國，亦有一小部份種植於意大利北部的Alto Adige， 至於Sylvaner的串法主要用於法國的阿爾薩斯。在百多年前，Silvaner曾經是德國種植得最多的葡萄，可是現在已經後退到名列第五，排在鼎鼎大名的雷司令（Riesling）、平實淡然的Muller-Thurgau、經典貴氣黑皮諾（Pinot Noir） 及愈來愈有趣的Donfelder紅葡萄之後。
Silvaner經過小心栽種孕育下，再加以適當地釀造的話，它會有恰到好處的淡雅清香，散發草青、檸檬、果皮、礦物和白花氣息，餘韻回味帶一點點海鹽鮮味。

Wine making:

The strict limitation to 4 vines and the limited quantity of bottles produced guarantee the permanent quality control and the production of a truly precious wine that perfectly represent the identity of Taschlerhof winery. Harvested in mid October, temperature-controlled fermentation in steel. 30% of the wine aging in large barrels and 70% in steel.

Description:

Color: Ranging from green-yellow to bright yellow. 

Nose: Fruity aroma with exotic tones, comparable to freshly dried hay. 

Taste: Important and full body with excellent structure.
