Production technology: the whole grapes undergo a soft pressing immediately after harvesting. About 30% of the must ferments in 7-hectoliter tonneaux which are blended the following spring with the rest fermented in tanks. Organoleptic characteristics: very bright lemon yellow color and excellent fluidity. Very elegant, broad, delicate floral fragrance with a very pleasant spicy finish. Sapid taste with good persistence, it evolves positively for several years.
