Fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C for about two weeks. Aging in steel with periodic batonnage. COLOR Straw yellow, with lively golden and green reflections. BOUQUET intense, persistent, fruity with hints of red peel fruit such as Annurca apple and tropical fruit, floral and delicately spiced. TASTE dry, fresh, persistent, medium-bodied and structured.
