Description

Information:
Falanghina is an ancient Italian white-wine grape, reportedly of Greek origin. It is been reported that Falanghina is the grape variety behind Falernian, the most famous wine of Roman antiquity and the inspiration for Falerno del Massico.


Wine making:

Fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C for about two weeks. Aging in steel with periodic batonnage.


Description:

Colour: Straw yellow, with lively golden and green reflections.

Nose: Intense, persistent, fruity with hints of red peel fruit such as Annurca apple and tropical fruit, floral and delicately spiced.

Taste: Dry, fresh, persistent, medium-bodied and structured.
