The Greco di Tufo grape is a clone of Greco Bianco and is believed to have been introduced to Campania by the Pelasgians, an ancient population from Thessaly in Greece.

Maximum Yield per Ha: 60 quintals

Tranformation Yield: Less than 60%

Territory: Slight hill with an average height of around 600 m asl


Wine making:

Permanence on the lees for 12 months and 9 months in the bottle
