This cuvée comes from our plots bordering the Layon, which are spread over three villages: Beaulieu-sur-Layon, Saint-Lambert du Lattay and Saint-Aubin de Luigné.
It is characterised by its freshness and great balance. Showing notes of fresh fruit and citrus, the mouth is suave and enveloping and supported by an acidulous sensation.
