💁🏻‍♂️ Bouchard Pere & Fils 已經有大約3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣歷史，Bouchard父子由1973年開始，開始由布匹生意轉為從事葡萄酒生意。兩年後他們買下了酒莊的第一塊田地，之後不斷擴張。直至1995年，酒莊才轉手至老牌香檳家族🍾 – Henriot。

💁🏻 於1998年，Henriot家族收購了近百公頃葡萄園，更一改從前葡萄酒濃重的橡木味風格，轉而生產充滿清新純淨果香的葡萄酒。在莊主Joseph Henriot的管理下，Bouchard Pere & Fils的品質與產量得到了不斷的提升。

💁🏻‍♂️ Bouchard Pere & Fils的葡萄園佔地已達到130公頃，其中更12個特級葡萄園，74個一級葡萄園。葡萄園裡奉行遵循人與自然和諧平衡的宗旨，在尊重自然規律的前提下，使每塊風土都能展現出微妙的特質。
