Fuorilinea' from the Lunarossa winery is an Orange Wine white wine from the Campania region. Obtained from the use of Moscato and Fiano grapes, it carries out a "Georgian" vinification, i.e. macerating on the skins in an amphora. In the glass it is observed in a deep and opaque orange-yellow color. On the nose it opens to a large bouquet, where notes of dried apricots, peaches, figs, jasmine and spicy hints are perceived in the background. The sip is structured and endowed with vibrant acidity. Very long finish with citrine notes.
Vinification: maceration on the skins in amphora, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts
Refinement: 24 months in barrique 50% – amphora 25% – vitrified cement 25%
Bottling: no stabilization, no filtration
