【酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻‍♂️ Château d'Yquem 是波爾多 Sauternes 區唯一一家在 1855 年官方分級中被評為 Premier Cru Supérieur 的Sauternes酒莊，亦可以說是世界上最著名的甜酒。

💁🏻 Château d'Yquem在中世紀由英國國王擁有🤴，由1500年代後期開始就生產甜酒。而1785年至1999年則由Lur-Saluces 家族擁有，之後則由LVMH 收購並持有至今。

【酒仕🍷風味】
2009 年是極為出色的年份，並得到了RP 100的極高分。
酒香濃郁，帶有甜美的蜂蜜🍯、檸檬醬🍋、白桃🍑和木梨🍐的香氣。酒體晶瑩剔透，精緻至極。口感與優雅結實的酸度完美平衡，並再次散發出木梨和白桃的香氣，與淡淡的蜂蜜和礦物⛰️氣息相結合，餘韻沉穩、細膩。
