Description

Wine making:

Vinification is carried out in the traditional way, the harvest is destemmed. Fermentation lasts about 10 days and is followed by an around three-week maceration.

After vinification, the ageing process starts and lasts 14-16 months. 80% of the wine goes into oak barrels (100% French). The remaining 20% are aged in concrete tanks, which preserves the fruit and minerality expressed on these granitic soils.


Description:

 Nose: Very ripe fruits, raspberry and blackcurrant jams.

Taste: Blackberries, spices, morello cherry. Dense and tight tannins with a great persistency in mouth.

💁🏻‍♂️ Michel Chapoutier酒莊從1989年開始就採用生物動力耕種和釀造方法 (Biodynamic & Organic)🌞🌝⭐🌱,目的是釀造最純粹,最接近天然風土條件的葡萄酒。葡萄栽培和釀製過程的每一個決定、每一個步驟都是為了增加葡萄酒的風土條件、品種特性和年份特性。該酒莊發酵時只採用野生酵母,並且在小橡木桶中釀製,酒莊最優質的紅葡萄酒🍷和白葡萄酒🥂在裝瓶前均不再進行澄清和過濾。

【酒仕🍷釀酒】
💁🏻 葡萄酒會作14-16個月陳釀,當中80%會用木桶,而20% 則會在混凝土缸中陳釀。

【酒仕🍷風味】
酒色為紫紅色的,香氣上帶有非常成熟的水果,如Raspberry 及黑加侖子🫐,而黑加侖子更有點果醬的香氣。味蕾上,黑莓﹑車厘子🍒再加上香料,十分濃郁,成熟的單寧更是久久不散,令人回味。
