💁🏻♂️ Gonet Medeville 這一個酒莊其實是由兩個著名葡萄酒家族的聯姻：Xavier Gonet（來自 le Mesnil-sur-Oger）和 Julie Medeville（來自波爾多家族，該家族擁有 Graves Château Respide Médeville 和 Sauternes Château Gilette)。
💁🏻 1996 年Xavier 在蘭斯的一次品酒會上遇到了 Julie Médeville，並於次年結婚👩🏻❤️👨🏼。在2000 年時，Xavier家族在香檳區的土地被分開時，他選擇了可以收集最優質的 Premier Cru和 Grand Cru 葡萄園，而目標是只生產最精緻的小產量香檳🍾。
💁🏻♂️ 酒莊有著十二公頃土地，分佈在八個村莊。 當中共有三個特級園，Le Mesnil sur Oger、Oger 和 Ambonnay，以及五個 Premier Crus，Mareuil sur Ay、Bisseuil（他在那裡擁有 4.8 公頃的大片土地）、Billy Le Grand、Trépail 和 Vaudemange。
