【酒仕🍷酒藏】
來自廣島縣福山市的「天寶一酒造」，是一間創立於1910年的酒造，至今已經有百年歷史，亦是福山市僅存的清酒釀造廠。他們對於清酒的角色，有一個很特別的想法，那就是「清酒應該是讓食物更加美味的好夥伴」，致力於研發出能搭配所有食物的酒。
尤其他們在四代目掌舵的時候，為了追求更高的品質，決定把設備都小型化，因此產量又更有限。現在的村上康久是五代目了，仍然努力維持高品質。而「天寶一」這名字，其實有著他們創業社長的理想，就是希望能釀出「天下為一的至寶」。

【酒仕🍷酵母】
天寶一純米大吟釀中汲用的是協會9號酵母又被稱為「熊本酵母」特性是低酸度、高香氣，是酒造釀造吟釀、大吟釀等級高級酒所常用酵母。

【酒仕🍷釀造用水】
天寶一採用的是來自地下200米，也就是兩塊基岩以上的“古水”。超軟水加上細心壓榨所產生的“柔和酸度”，在清爽感中帶來愉悅的餘韻。
