Camped on the three pillars of these great wines: Small yields, small containers and original grape variety: the Fût de Chêne cuvée has left an indelible mark in Champagne since 1990.
Custodian of Champagne's know-how and natural modernity, MV also translates our singular and unique way of expressing a vintage that goes far beyond the restitution of the image of a single year.
The backbone of our collection, MV is the result of unprecedented work on traceability and vinification in oak barrels which has led us to understand the terroirs of the forest as our own vineyard terroirs.
A Champagne originating exclusively from the Ay Grand Cru and vinified 12 months in oak barrels. A permanent and wonderful bubble cord at opening.
Colour : finely sculptured on golden tones, honey with light pink notes.
To the palate : beautiful and fine shades of pear and cherry followed by subtle touches of thyme, grey pepper, dried white flowers, cocoa. A light finish of morels. Wonderful acidity. To be served around 12°C.
MV17為何叫MV17❓, 這算是Henri Giraud 獨有的。MV 是Multi Vintage 的縮寫,自 2000年後開始生產; 而數字則是代表年份,1️⃣7️⃣即是大部份葡萄是用上2017年的,比例上大約為七成,而另外30%則來自舊年份reserve,令香檳🥂既有當年特質,亦能豐富複雜度及層次感。
【酒仕🍷簡介】
💁🏻 Henri Giraud 在1625年已經由Francois Hemart 在Ay 找尋地釀酒,後來Ay 更成為Grand Cru 級數的香檳福地。王公貴族﹑上流紳士,更是無不愛上來自Ay 的香檳。
🙍♀️ 1950年代,Hemart香檳酒莊以現任酒莊主人Claude 的父親為名,改名為Henri Giraud並沿用至今。
💁🏻跟Krug 一樣都是少數用木桶發酵,但Henri Giraud 總有一總神秘而迷人的印象,正如Robert Parker 稱佢為深藏不露的頂級香檳。

牡丹海老雲丹卷🦐
牡丹蝦加上海膽的甜已是鮮甜無比,當兩種甜疊加起來再撞上MV17, 將軟滑濃甜加上爽甜的味道無限放大!任性的MV17,在decanter 中一小時後仍然收斂,但仍慢慢地出滲出了酵母及花香。 當配上海膽後,引出了香檳本身潛藏的無花果﹑黃梨﹑乾果﹑杏仁﹑雲尼拿及咖啡的味道。
小肌魚赤酢漬壽司🐟
拼配出酸香鮮甜的口感,MV17為小肌魚赤酢漬壽作完美平衡,即使以木桶發酵亦能做出提鮮作用。
醬油漬生筋子
MV17剛強的酸度經decant 後變得柔順,將生筋子的油潤感提升出來同時巧妙地作出平衡。
吞拿魚腩卷🍣
吞拿魚腩的油脂﹑香氣豐厚無比,令MV17更加濃重複雜。進一步將香檳中的杏仁及咖啡香氣激發出來。
