八幡川酒造創立於1824年，即將迎接悠長的200年歷史，酒造曾有過倒閉的危機，但經文獻記錄表示，是該地區的清酒愛好者們，志願籌措資金以擺脫這個危機；經營直到現在，八幡川亦為該地區廣受歡迎的酒造。酒造理念是「釀造清酒是一種承先啟後的重要任務。每一代都在往“工藝昇華、追求巔峰”的目標邁進。」

【酒仕🍷風味】
這一款是含有大量酒粕的活性濁酒。使用了廣島楓酵母，賦予果香和甜味的香氣，由於它含有大量的米，米麹關係，因此呈乳白色，並富有豐富米香。使用了傳統手法；手壓過濾濁酒的特點是，除了有豪邁的氣體感以外，還帶來反差的圓潤旨味，口感更醇厚。
