💁🏻 Domaine Thomas Morey位於Burgundy Chassagne-Montrachet，是一座年輕的酒莊，但其背後的家族卻有著悠久的歷史。Morey Family在Chassagne-Montrachet的發展要追溯到17世紀中期。當時，Claude Morey從Chassagne-Montrachet10公里外的一個小村莊來到，並一直在這裡的葡萄園工作以及給附近酒莊當修桶匠。
💁🏻 直到19世紀末，家族才開始專注於葡萄園和釀酒事業，代代相傳，如今已傳到第十代。家族酒莊由其祖父Albert More掌管。後來托馬斯的父親Bernard More繼任酒莊，Thomas又繼續在酒莊里工作了12年。2007年，Thomas及其兄弟Vincent Morey決定分家，Thomas繼承了8公頃的家族葡萄園。並和妻子Sylvie Morey一起建立了Domaine Thomas Morey。
