Wine making:
Destemming and soft pressing; followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled small steel tanks. The wine rests on its noble lees for 8 months. It is then filtered and bottle-aged for 3 more months before finally being released.

Nose:  Hints of bergamot, aromatic herbs and acacia honey
Taste: Extremely elegant and charming on the palate, the mineral notes intermingle with citrus and floral notes. It has a long and clean finish
