而今次Somm ACE 為大家帶來的，是位於Chassagne-Montrachet同一塊一級田Morgeot釀造的紅酒及白酒。在不同葡萄中，尋找相同的風土。而兩支酒在釀造的過程中，使用原生酵母、在法國橡木桶中陳釀及只作輕輕的過濾，令葡萄酒盡可能保持本質。
