Description

Wine making:
A sparkling wine made by secondary fermentation of Chardonnay from Misawa Farm in Akeno Town and Hishiyama District in Katsunuma Town. From manual luminage using pupitre to degorjuman after aging in a bottle for more than 3 years, to finishing dosage, each one is brewed by hand. A single vintage extra brut with a distinctive creamy lather.
