Description

Wine making:
A sparkling wine made by secondary fermentation of Chardonnay from Misawa Farm in Akeno Town and Hishiyama District in Katsunuma Town. From manual luminage using pupitre to degorjuman after aging in a bottle for more than 3 years, to finishing dosage, each one is brewed by hand. A single vintage extra brut with a distinctive creamy lather.


【酒仕🍷試酒】
👃氣泡幼細而持久,香氣複雜,帶有西柚🍊、蘋果🍎、梨子🍐、蜂蜜🍯、白花🌼和奶油蛋捲的香氣。

👅 味蕾上特別感受到柑橘的香甜,幼滑的氣泡﹑清爽的酸度都令人精神為之一振!

【酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻‍♂️ Grace Wine的酒莊位於山梨縣勝沼市,1923年成立,至今剛好有百年歷史。由於創辦人喜歡古希臘神話,因為酒莊命名為 “Grace Wine” 意指”Three Graces” (三位希臘女神,象徵光輝﹑喜悅及綻放)

【酒仕🍷釀酒】
💁🏻 使用明野町三澤農場和勝沼町菱山地區的Chardonnay 釀造,並於瓶中進行二次發酵,陳釀三年後推出市場。
