careful whole bunch pressing and clarification of the highly viscous must. The Weissburgunder batches with the highest concentration in both sugar and acidity were selected for the highest typicity and highest maturability. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel only to preserve the delicate character of the variety.
Description:
A rich bouquet with aromas of very ripe tropical fruits and dried fruits. Very lively and dense on the palate, fruits are wonderfully underlaid with acidity; fantastic elegance with a great length.
