Wine making:
Grapes are destemmed. After 12h of cold maceration we press and wait until the grape juice naturally clears. Fermentation begins in inox tanks and ends in barrique barrels.  After 1 year of barrique aging, the base wine is bottled together with approximately 7 % of most (grape juice) from the current year’s harvest-instead of liqueur, which is used during classic method champagne (Puro is made without liqueur d’ expedition). Grape juice contains natural sugar (fructose) and indigenous yeasts. Puro is a sparkling wine without added sulphur.

Description:
Nose: The bouquet presents a true pleiad of intense and fine aromas reminding us of ripe pineapple, papaya, yellow apple, lemon peel, tangerine, acacia, marzipan, all pleasantly accompanied by a scent of sweet festive bread.
Taste: Zero dosage in the mouth, we notice softness, but at the same time emphasized freshness and fine pearls that gently caress us. Finishing up with an authentic Brda mineral signature. It has an intense and lasting, full-bodied aftertaste with accentuated elegance. A harmonious expression of purism enchants the drinker with its elegance and immediacy.
