Early morning harvest. Grapes are destemmed and sorted. After 6 h maceration, press and put the wine in barells (30%) and in stainless steel tanks (70%), where it ages for 6 months on the lees.
Description:
Nose: Its intense bouquet is reminiscent of orange peel, we also perceive peach compote, yellow plum and mango. Gentle notes of vanilla, butter, sweet root, as well as oregano, nutmeg and yellow rose join its aromatic landscape.
Taste: The wine is dry, soft, at the same time fresh and minerally tasty, just enough to act balanced. With a slightly spicy finish. An intense wine of pronounced elegance, full-bodied and long-lasting with flavours of quince, orange, Mediterranean herbs and sweet root.
