葡萄來源：主要來自 Lingua Franca Estate 酒莊高海拔地塊的 PN777 克隆品種，生長在 Gelderman-Jory 土壤上。
工藝：採用 20% 至 50% 的全簇發酵（依來源資料而定），使用原生酵母在不鏽鋼及混凝土槽中發酵。
陳釀：在法國橡木桶（約 25% 新桶）中陳釀 12 個月，隨後在不鏽鋼槽中靜置 5 個月以整合風味。
