Domaine du Bouchot is a benchmark estate in Pouilly-Fumé, Loire Valley, and the first domaine of the appellation to be certified organic. Situated on Kimmeridgian marl soils, the vineyards produce Sauvignon Blanc of remarkable clarity, minerality, and aromatic precision. The domaine is now led by winemaker Antoine Gouffier, who combines respect for tradition with a modern, terroir-focused approach.

The wines from Domaine du Bouchot are pure expressions of Loire Sauvignon Blanc — delivering notes of citrus, white flowers, flint, and saline freshness that make them highly sought-after by sommeliers and wine enthusiasts alike.
