與祥雲龍吟的侍酒師強尼（張鴻亮）共同合作打造此款酒品，酒名ELIXIR帶有「靈丹妙藥」之隱喻，系列名稱Symposium則來自柏拉圖的對談式作品《會飲篇》，暗示著品飲者將與酒款進行一場有滋有味的深度對話。

釀造法:

原料產自高雄高海拔區域，摘取後直送嘉農酒莊洗淨、破皮，並使用古法二砂糖醃漬7天以增加風味輪廓，接著添加酵母於不鏽鋼槽發酵28天後，再細心過濾掉果肉、果皮與籽等，最後在7－10℃的低溫環境中冷藏熟成2年。
