💁🏻♂️ Julie Dufour 酒莊於 2012 年由 Julie Dufour 接管家族 4.25 公頃葡萄園，位於 Champagne 的 Landreville 村，2013 年獲得有機認證，專注於展現 Côte des Bar 風土的純粹與精緻。
💁🏻♀️ 葡萄來自 Chachigne 單一地塊，藤齡成熟，土壤為石灰質黏土，海拔適中，受益於有機耕作，造就葡萄的濃郁礦物感與活潑果味。
💁🏻♂️ 酒莊獨特之處在於其「章節哲學」的故事性：Julie 出身 Dufour 家族（兄長為 Charles Dufour），由母親 Françoise Martinot 開創有機先驅之路，強調自然酵母與最小干預。Cléobuline Chapitre 1 是 Julie 首個單一年份氣泡，融合傳統方法與家族遺產，被譽為 Côte des Bar 新星，展現出力量與細膩的完美平衡。
