這款 2019 Lingua Franca Estate Pinot Noir 是來自美國俄勒岡州伊奧拉-阿米蒂山（Eola-Amity Hills）的優雅紅酒，以其絲滑的質地和層次豐富的複雜感著稱。

【酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻‍♂ Lingua Franca位於美國俄勒岡州，2015年，由Master Sommelier Larry Stone、David Honig 和Burgundy著名釀酒師 Dominique Lafon 共同創立。

💁🏻‍♀️ 酒莊的名字「Lingua Franca」意為「通用語言」，象徵跨越不同文化背景的交流與共享，反映其將俄勒岡風土與Burgundy釀酒傳統結合的理念。

💁🏻‍♂‍ 酒莊採用低影響、有機和生物動力學耕作，注重生物多樣性和葡萄藤健康。葡萄園種植了來自Burgundy的傳統Clone。雖然酒莊成立只有10 年，但部份酒款已得到一致好評，如2022年‘Avni’ Pinot Noir 獲94分（James Suckling）

關於 SOMM ACE 酒仕🍷侍酒
創立源自於三位對葡萄酒充滿熱誠的人，碰巧走在一起。Ace 是香港其中一名資深的品酒師，Chip 和Eric視葡萄酒如珍寶多年；當熱誠與專業擦起來，便產生了不得的火花！

SOMM ACE was founded by three people who with enthusiasm and professionalism on wine. Ace is one of the sommeliers in Hong Kong. Chip and Eric have regarded wine as a treasure for many years.
