風味特徵
這款酒被評為風格獨特、具有生命力且結構紮實的 Verdejo： 
  • 香氣：展現成熟的核果（如桃子、梨子）、柑橘、白花，並伴隨茴香、野茴香、蜂蠟與微弱的煙燻感。
  • 口感：酒體中等偏飽滿，酸度清脆且充滿活力，帶有明顯的礦物質感與微鹹的收尾，與傳統商業風格的輕盈 Verdejo 大相徑庭。
  • 評分：主流評價在 90–91 分左右。 

釀造細節
  • 產地：來自 La Seca 鎮三塊海拔約 750 公尺的葡萄園（Las Comas、El Chivitero 和 Los Picones），土質以砂土、鵝卵石及石灰岩為主。
  • 工藝：
    • 有機耕作，藤齡約 20–30 年。
    • 發酵：90% 在不鏽鋼桶，10% 在二手法國橡木桶中進行原生酵母發酵。
    • 陳釀：與酒泥（lees）接觸熟成約 8 到 12 個月，賦予了酒液豐富的油脂感與複雜度。
  • 分級：雖然產自 Rueda 地區，但因追求更自然的釀造風格，通常標示為 Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León (VT)。
