【酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻♂️ Ganevat 家族自1650年起從事葡萄種植，早期還經營乳製品生意，供應當地著名的 Comté 奶酪，直到1976年才專注於葡萄酒釀造。Anne 和 Jean-François Ganevat 是法國Jura地區知名的葡萄酒釀造者，兄妹倆共同經營家族酒莊 Domaine Ganevat，
💁🏻 在回到家族酒莊前，Jean-François 曾在Burgundy位於 Chassagne-Montrachet的 Jean-Marc Morey 酒莊工作十年，擔任釀酒主管，積累了豐富的經驗。他於1998年接管家族酒莊，並將葡萄園轉向有機種植，2006年進一步取得生物動力認證。
💁🏻♂️ Jean-François 被《La Revue des Vins de France》評為2018年「年度釀酒師」，其酒款受到全球葡萄酒愛好者的追捧。

👃 濃郁且複雜，果香以成熟的柑橘🍊、白桃🍑與青蘋果🍏為主，伴隨酵母、麵包🍞與花香🌼氣息，偶爾帶一絲蜂蜜🍯﹑堅果與香料增加層次。
