【酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻‍♂️ J. de Villebois 由Joost 和 Miguela de Willebois 夫婦於2004 年創立，酒莊位於Lorie Valley的Touraine 地區Seigy 村。他們來自一個有900 年歷史的法國家族，Joost 對Lorie Valley的Sauvignon Blanc 情有獨鍾，1996 年定居Touraine 後，於2004 年收購了位於Mareuil-sur-Cher 的La Chardoisie 酒莊，立了自已的酒莊。

💁🏻‍♀️ 從最初的IGP Val de Loire Sauvignon Blanc 開始，酒莊逐漸擴展至Sancerre、Pouilly-Fumé 和Menetou-Salon 等知名產區，現已成為Lorie Valley頂尖的Sauvignon Blanc 生產商之一。

💁🏻‍♂️ J. de Villebois 結合傳統與現代技術，注重低干預釀造，強調風土的純粹表達。酒莊追求Sauvignon Blanc 的純淨、清爽與礦物感，同時展現Lorie Valley不同產區的獨特風格。

Description:
The bouquet offers the characteristic aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal, from exotic fruits to citrus sorbet, as well as mineral, flinty notes imparted by the terroir of this appellation. The palate is smooth, well-balanced and remarkably persistent.
