酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻♂️ Torre Rosazza 位於意大利Friuli-Venezia Giulia地區的 Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC 產區，酒莊的歷史可追溯至羅馬時代，當時該地區已開始種植葡萄，後由修道院的修士延續釀酒傳統。酒莊名稱「Turris Rosacea」（玫瑰之塔）源於中世紀堡壘，17 世紀由烏迪內（Udine）的貴族安東尼尼（Antonini）家族整修並改建成宅邸。
💁🏻 1979 年，酒莊被意大利農業公司 Genagricola收購，隨後進行現代化改造，引進科學化葡萄園管理和先進釀酒技術。自 2014 年起，知名釀酒師 Riccardo Cotarella 負責監督葡萄園與釀酒過程，進一步提升酒款品質。
💁🏻♂️ 酒莊佔地 100 公頃，其中 80-90 公頃種植葡萄，土壤為泥灰岩與砂岩混合，排水性佳💦，賦予葡萄酒鮮明的礦物感。受Julian Pre-Alps的影響，氣候涼爽且日夜溫差大，利於葡萄緩慢成熟，保留清新酸度與濃郁香氣。

👃展現出紅莓、車厘子🍒和藍莓🫐等紅黑色漿果的主調，伴隨著香料🍃﹑森林地表🌳和輕微烤橡木的氣息。
👅 入口單寧細膩且結構緊實，帶有柔順的口感與紅果醬的甜美，隨後演變為溫和的橡木與香料餘韻。餘韻悠長，帶有輕微的礦物感與持久的果香。
