In the fields we manage, the variety that sprouts the earliest and is harvested the latest is the latest ripening variety, Petit Manseng.

Small clusters of small grapes grow separately, and the thick skin makes the juice yield rate terribly low, which makes growers cry, but the high sugar and acidity levels are so high that they are almost laughable.

Currently (December 2024), we are managing a field of about 0.7 hectares using a single-line short-shoot cultivation method. The well-drained black soil produces highly ripe grapes that remind us of tropical fruits such as ripe pineapple and passion fruit.

The wine, wrapped in a round of noble aromas, has an overwhelming charm.

It also has a high affinity with other grape varieties, and just a little blending adds to the profound feeling of the wine.

We are confident that Petit Manseng will become the core variety of wine that can only be made here in Kaminoyama, so we will increase the planting area of Petit Manseng in the future.

Through Petit Manseng, we aim to create a wine that is like the majestic Zao mountain range,

one that exudes charm in every season.
