Hélène and Jean have injected lasting momentum, a wave of enthusiasm that brings with it a natural principle: "returning to the fundamentals of viticulture to give full scope to the Hautvillers microcosm."

From vine to wine, it expresses its full dimension with the terroir as its guiding principle.
