Information:
Many wonder what the secret of Viña Magaña's success is, which in 53 years has managed to establish itself as an institution in Navarre. Its great wines, its achievements, its philosophy of quality and service, and its challenges provide the answers: a modern yet sophisticated approach to winemaking from the vine; a viticultural adventure of adapting new varieties, expert blending, and perfect vinification. And, of course, aging, measured and justified so that the wine matures in the wood. The winemaking revolution in Navarre has a name: Bodegas Viña Magaña.
Bodegas Viña Magaña began its journey with the dream of creating a new, different, and surprising wine. It started from a land that no one believed in: poor, arid, yet rich in minerals, where the vine suffered. He planted new, then unauthorized, vines from the best French wine-producing regions, which today means he has some of the oldest vines of such noble varieties as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and so on.
