💁🏻♂️ 長野小布施背景是釀造葡萄酒起家，主要專注於葡萄酒生產，並採用獨特的釀酒方法，瓶身與葡萄酒瓶相似，而且採用是軟木塞封酒。
💁🏻♀️ 他們主要使用戰 1 至 6 號酵母，每年冬天，在生產葡萄酒後，他們會使用自己種植的美山錦進行少量的清酒釀造，產量極為罕有，一支難求。
💁🏻♂️ 酒莊跟Burgundy 葡萄園一樣小，他們使用100% 使用自家農場種植的葡萄及米，釀造自家的葡萄酒及清酒。
