The Moncuit family have been winegrowers in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of six Grand cru villages in the Côtes des Blancs, for over 100 years with Nicole Moncuit currently in charge of the domaine's 20ha of vineyards alongside her brother Yves and her daughter Valérie. In the region's typical style, this very pure expression of Chardonnay is delicately scented with notes of apple and pear alongside wonderful mineral intensity and elegance: the ideal apéritif or accompaniment to native oysters.
