Description

Wine making:

The harvest was carried out by hand with an optimal ratio of aroma, acid and maturity. The reading point is particularly decisive for Pinot Noir. This corn-sweetened, extract-rich Spätburgunder was 100% aged in traditional French barrique barrels (225l) over a period of 18 months. It was then bottled unfiltered. This is the reason for its dense, complex structure.

Description:

Nose: Very aromatic, with a richness of black cherry and violet aromas plus delicate spice and savoury notes.

Taste: On the palate a touch of herable mint, fine acidity and with powerful minerality. Pinot Noir pure!
