Information:

The Jobard-Morey estate, established in the heart of Meursault, is a family estate that has been rooted in its land for several generations.

It was Valentin Jobard who in 2016, succeeding his uncle, took over the management of the Estate and now cultivates some 6 hectares of vines located mainly in the town of Meursault. 

Valentin, in the lineage of a family wine-making tradition deeply animated by the search for a sincere expression of the terroir, strives to develop racy wines, displaying the peculiarities specific to their climates.

【酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻‍♂️ Morey家族在Meursault最早可追溯至1793年，是村內中一個最古老的釀酒家族；Jobard家族則於1860年來到Meursault，在村內亦已有百多年歷史。

💁🏻‍♀️ 二戰結束後不久，Domaine Jobard-Morey於1949年成立，由現任莊主Valentin Jobard的爺爺Emile Jobard娶了Morey家族著名釀酒師Bernard Morey的妹妹。1980年老莊主去世後，便由其女婿Rémy Ehret接手酒莊。Rémy經營36年後，便將酒莊傳至姪子Valentin Jobard。

💁🏻‍♂️ 酒莊在Valentin接手後開始全面轉為有機農法🐛🦋🐌🐞，使用鋤頭犁田，並且以剪芽控制產量提升品質。酒莊亦使用整串帶梗葡萄進行三小時以上的榨汁，以保留葡萄最純淨自然的風味。
