Thanks to some remarkable vintages, Anne Boisson has undertaken an exceptional rise. Her signature? The finesse of her wines and their endless length, reflecting the style combining purity and pleasure that she tirelessly defends. Rigorous in the vineyard as in the cellar, the winemaker is particularly attentive to the quality and precision of viticulture, but especially to vinification and maturing. At Domaine Anne Boisson, it is long, very long even. Objective? Guarantee consistency in the quality of the wines. In terms of tasting, her Regional appellations Bourgogne and Bourgogne Aligoté stand out with their fine and chiseled approach. What can we say about her Meursault? Illustrating all of Anne Boisson's talent, they offer remarkable precision and superb minerality. Special mention for his Meursault Les Chevalières, particularly captivating.

【酒仕🍷 試酒】
👃 散發出檸檬🍋和西柚皮🍊等新鮮的柑橘香氣，並加上蘋果🍎和梨子等白肉水果。不單如此，微妙的花香，尤其是金合歡花🌼🌼，使這複雜而優雅的香氣更加完美。

👅 在味蕾上，這支Meursault充滿有活力的酸度和清爽的特性。果香悠長，帶有明顯的礦物感，這是Meursault的風土特徵。口感上，質地絲滑，當中的咸味更是增強了悠長、和諧的餘韻。

【酒仕🍷酒莊】
💁🏻‍♂️ Boisson家族在Meursault將近二百年，現今已傳至第三代，10公頃田地由Pierre和Anne兩兄妹管理。老莊主Bernard Boisson在2016年將酒莊交棒給兒子Pierre與女兒Anne， 市面上可以見到分別以酒莊本身以及以兒女為名的酒標 ─ Domaine Boisson-Vadot、Domaine Pierre Boisson與Domaine Anne Boisson， 雖然酒標不同，但是實際上都是在Boisson家族的酒窖釀造的。

💁🏻‍♀️ 葡萄酒大師Jancis Robinson稱讚Boisson Vadot做的酒是Meursault最精緻最細膩的，而且超低的產量，非凡的品質被酒圈人稱之為“小Coche Dury”。

💁🏻‍♂️ 酒莊不使用化肥或殺蟲劑，而是通過犁地來控制雜草並使土壤通氣，著重於表達風土和老藤田地的品質。
