Belonging to a German family immersed in the world of viticulture for nearly eight centuries, Stephan von Neipperg runs Château La Mondotte with passion and talent.


Wine making:

Vinification in wooden vats. Extraction by pneumatic pigeage. Maceration for 35 days. The ageing on fine lees is carried out 75% in barrels (of which 40% are new) and 25% in wooden vats.
