【酒仕🍷酒莊】

💁🏻‍♂ 酒莊由Françoise André 及Michel André 於1983年創立，兩位對Burgundy 風土及葡萄酒的珍愛，令他們避免於葡萄園和釀酒廠使用任何添加劑。到了 90 年代中期，他們已經轉向生物動力農業🐞🐌🦋🐛，並牢固地建立了生產優雅而不是力量和/或重量的優質葡萄酒。酒莊更於2012 年取得有機認證。

💁🏻‍♀️ 從低產量的老藤上手工採摘的葡萄，在進入釀酒廠進行分選時，令葡萄有著極高品質。因此，下一步就是讓葡萄酒自己釀造，從而保留每個風土的最佳特性。

關於 SOMM ACE 酒仕🍷侍酒
創立源自於三位對葡萄酒充滿熱誠的人，碰巧走在一起。Ace 是香港其中一名資深的品酒師，Chip 和Eric視葡萄酒如珍寶多年；當熱誠與專業擦起來，便產生了不得的火花！

SOMM ACE was founded by three people who with enthusiasm and professionalism on wine. Ace is one of the sommeliers in Hong Kong. Chip and Eric have regarded wine as a treasure for many years.
